Grilled BBQ Pork Chops
Mushroom Bread

Thursday
Roast Beef Roll Ups
Ranch Potato Crisps

Friday
Nachos Supreme
Fresh Orange Slices

Saturday
Grilled BBQ Pork Potato Skins
Steamed Broccoli & Cauliflower
6 garlic cloves, peeled & minced
2t. reduced-sodium soy sauce
2t. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4t. pepper

2 C. cauliflower
2 C. broccoli
2t. Spike seasoning
Low-fat Cheddar Cheese
1t. parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Put first set of ingredients in a small bowl, whisk; set aside.
Bring water to a boil. Put vegetables in steamer. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Transfer vegetables to warm platter. Dust with Spike. Drizzle dressing over vegetables and top with cheeses. Briefly cover with foil to melt cheeses before serving.

Marinated Steak & Chicken Kabobs
with Pineapple & Mushrooms
you can also add cherry tomatoes, red onions, etc.

Marinade:
4T molasses
4T vinegar
4T vegetable oil
2T worchestershire sauce
2T lemon juice
Garlic powder
Green Beans
Rolls

Wednesday
Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Peaches

Thursday

Pan Cooked Basa
Melt 1T butter in pan, brown two basa fillets on both sides. Sprinkle with a small amount of mozzarella cheese & allow to melt. Drizzle with lemon juice, if desired.

Pasta Salad

Friday
Quiche Lorraine (for the girls)
Ham Steak (for the guys)

Saturday
Grilled Turkey Breast Cutlets
Place cutlets in foil pouch, season as desired, top with two small pats of butter and/or soy sauce. Grill until cooked through.

Rice-A-Roni
Pineapple

Boiled Crawfish (the checkout kids look at you real funny when you buy these, but they are like little lobsters when they are cooked. MMmmm!)

Bring pot of water to a boil, add shrimp seasoning to water. Boil crawfish until shells are pink. Remove heads, cut across top of tail to remove meat.
